The older, the faster??

I had 2 goals for my first race of 2017 (5km Lasalle) :
1/ Finish top 5 in my category
2/ Beat my 5k pb (17'57)

I finished 6th in 17'58...

But it was my fastest time for Lasalle in 8 years!
